Marine Ceramic Coating
Glidecoat-certified ceramic protection that outlasts traditional wax by 6–12x. 12–18 months of UV defense and hydrophobic performance in the Florida sun.
12–18 Month Protection
In full Florida sun. Up to 2–3 years under cover. Far outlasts traditional wax (60–90 days).
Hydrophobic Surface
Water sheets off instantly. Salt, algae, and grime have no surface to bond to.
UV Oxidation Barrier
The ceramic layer blocks UV rays that cause gelcoat oxidation — the #1 enemy of Florida boat hulls.
Glidecoat Certified Application
We are Glidecoat Marine certified applicators. The product and the application technique are both professional-grade.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my boat need to be polished before ceramic coating?
Yes. Ceramic coating locks in the current condition of the gelcoat. If the surface has oxidation, swirl marks, or scratches, those must be corrected first with gelcoat restoration. We offer a combined restoration + ceramic package.
How long does ceramic coating take to apply?
Application takes one full day for most boats up to 40 feet. Larger vessels may require two days. The coating needs 24–48 hours to cure before the boat contacts water.
Is ceramic coating worth it in Florida?
Absolutely. Florida's UV index is among the highest in the US. Traditional wax lasts 60–90 days before oxidation begins again. Ceramic coating provides 12–18 months of UV protection and dramatically reduces maintenance time and cost.
What is Glidecoat ceramic coating?
Glidecoat is a marine-specific ceramic coating brand developed for the harsh conditions of saltwater boating. It is formulated for gelcoat, fiberglass, and painted surfaces — not repurposed automotive products. We are certified Glidecoat applicators.
Can ceramic coating be applied to the hull below the waterline?
No. Below-waterline surfaces require antifouling bottom paint, not ceramic coating. We apply ceramic coating to the hull above the waterline, topsides, deck, and superstructure.
